Harvest Period: October - November. Olive pressing withing 24 hours from harvest ( trasport in boxes with aeration).

Extraction Method ( Crusching) : Cold continuous cycle

Fragrance: Characterstic, fruity smell of newly crushed olives, intense and persistent with scents reminding of artichoke.

Taste: Decisive, harmonious, with a pleasing bitter - piquant aftertaste.

Bottle Type: Marasca green glass 0,75 lt - 0,250 lt. - 0,100 lt.. Type caps a scew with dosage.

Package Type: Carton of  6 bottles ( Bott. 0,75 lt) - Carton of 30 bottles ( 0,25 lt.) - Cartons of 48 Bottles ( 0,100 lt.)

EXTRA VIRGIN TUSCAN OLIVE OIL ( IGP) IS AVAILABLE IN 2 OR 5 LITRES, IN EITHER DEMIJOHN OR CAN.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( IGP)  of Azienda Agricola Marini Giuseppe of Pistoia is produced directly from the farm's olive groves situated on the slopes of the Pistoia hills.

The olives are harvested manually, with some mechanical help, but most importantly, every evening the day's olive harvest is taken straigth to olive mill giving excellent results in both quality, and taste, allowing us to compete at a high level.

In fact our farm's oil is mentioned in many guides, and in addition to this for several years we have participant in the " Olio d'Oro" competition held by a local TV channel ( TVL), always abtainig excellent results.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( IGP) is a tru Tuscan oil due to the fact it is guaranteed by a Consortium for the protection of local produce ( Consorzio di Tutela ) . This consortium ( Consorzio dell'Olio Toscano) safeguards the quality and tradition of the oil, and ensures that every phase of production, from harvesting to bottling, takes place only within the confines of the Region of Tuscany.
