Bottle Type: Marasca green glass of 0,75 lt - 0,250 lt. - 0,100 lt. - Type caps a screw with dosage. Extra Virgin Tuscan Olive Oil ( IGP) Indicazione Geografica Tipica The Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( IGP) of the Azienda Agricola Marini Giuseppe of Pistoia is produced directly from the farm's olive groves situated on the slopes of the Pistoia hills. The olives are harvested manually, with some mechanical help, but most importantly, every evening the day's olive harvest is taken straight tp the olive mill giving excellent results in both quality and taste, allowing us to compete at a high level. In fact our farm's oil is mentioned in many guides, and in addition to this for several years we have partecipated in the " Olio d'Oro" competition held by a local TV channel ( TVL), always obtaining excellent results.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( IGP) is a true Tuscan Oil due to the fact that it is guaranteed by a consortium for the protection of local procedure ( Consorzio di Tutela). This consortium ( Consorzio dell'Olio Toscano) safeguards the quality and tradition of the oil, and ensures that every phase of production, from harvesting to bottling, takes place only within the confines of Region of Tuscany. |
