Color: Intense ruby red, bright with purple reflections.
Bouquet: pleasant fruity hints of cherry and blackberry. Light spicy note of cinnamon, cloves, given from merlot aged in the wood.
Flavor: in the mouth we find the taste of ripe cherry. The tannicity is good and excellent persistence.

With dishes like stew and game it manages to enhance the flavor of the meat, leaving the mouth clean and with a pleasant finish.Serving suggestions: First courses with red sauces. Grilled meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses, Tuscan Ham and Salami.
