Our Chianti wine is produced with the best grapes of Sangiovese by spontaneous fermentation.
Vinification takes place in concrete tanks, with temperature control. Aging in the bottle for a few months before the sale.

Aging: in vitrified concrete tanks
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: brilliant, ruby red, with violet reflections.
Aroma: intense, vinous with characteristic hint of mammola and berries.
Taste: harmonious, dry, sapid and persistent.

Gastronomic combinations:
First courses with red sauces. Grilled meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses, Tuscan ham and salami.

Chianti DOCG

The winemaking of Chianti DOCG, naturally takes place through the use of native yeasts present in the grapes, in the vineyard and in the cellar itself.

Every year, the Marini family, before the harvest, creates the foot of spontaneous fermentation, collecting a small amount of the best red grapes, to be amostate every day. This operation allows to develop and refresh the fermentation foot which will then be introduced at the appropriate time in vinification.

Therefore, using great quality grapes, and the foot of natural fermentation, Marini Giuseppe, gets wines that best represent the corporate terroir with a pleasantly unique taste.

With the Chianti name it identifies a wine from the ancient origins, which since 1800 has managed to become famous all over the world.
The Chianti area contains the provinces of Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Pistoia and Prato and this vast territory is characterized by hilly areas, particularly suitable for the production of this wine, ideal for accompanying traditional Tuscan dishes.
