Grape variety: Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti.
Harvest: the grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested
Vinification: 4 years in small wood casks and 1 year in bottle
Tasting notes: a deep, amber colour with golden highlights, in the nose sweet aromas of walnuts and hazelnuts, chestnut, honey, fig, and dried fruit. In the mouth sweet and warm, with elegant and persistent aftertaste
Pairings: great by itself as a meditation wine with its elegant almond aftertaste, biscuit and walnut. It pairs perfectly with mature cheeses and marmalades
